Brikway & Co. (“Brikway”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, a quote request or a call-back request, we collect the name, organisation, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message you enter. When you email a profile to us for a role, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. Declining has no effect on your ability to use the site.
Security and delivery data. Our hosting and spam-protection providers process your IP address briefly in order to serve pages and to distinguish people from automated traffic. This happens for every visitor and is necessary for the site to work.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to respond to you, to prepare a quotation or proposal, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We use analytics, where you have accepted it, to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered by email to our team at Getintouch@brikway.co.in and are kept in that mailbox. We no longer copy them into a spreadsheet. We use the following processors:
- Amazon Web Services, for hosting, content delivery and sending the enquiry email
- Microsoft, for hosting the mailbox the enquiries are delivered to
- Cloudflare, for spam protection on the enquiry form
- Google, where you have accepted analytics, for understanding which pages are useful
- LinkedIn, where you have accepted analytics, for measuring campaign performance
We disclose information beyond this only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for three years from the date of the enquiry, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
International transfers
Brikway & Co. serves clients in India, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and South Asia. Our processors may store or process data outside India, including in the European Economic Area and the United States, under the contractual safeguards those providers offer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent you have given. Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also nominate another person to exercise your rights.

Cookies
The site sets one cookie that records your analytics choice, so that we do not ask again on every visit. No other cookie is set unless you accept analytics. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
